General provisions
The e-commerce website of iNGEBORG-iLLUSTRATiON offers its customers the opportunity to purchase the products from the webshop online.
The General Terms and Conditions below apply to every order placed by a visitor (“customer”) of this website. When placing an order via the webshop of iNGEBORG-iLLUSTRATiON, the customer must expressly accept these terms and conditions, thereby agreeing to the applicability of these terms and conditions, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. Additional conditions of the customer are excluded, unless they have been accepted in advance, in writing and expressly by iNGEBORG-iLLUSTRATiON.
Price
All prices apply to the layout with 3 correction rounds. The customer receives a preview as a PDF for approval after each round of corrections.
Delivery costs are always charged separately and are therefore not included in the stated prices.
The prices of bpost apply to the delivery (depending on the weight of a parcel).

Online purchases and payment
If the customer has specific questions about, for example, sizes, colours, paper types, delivery time or delivery method, the customer is requested to contact iNGEBORG-iLLUSTRATiON via office@ingeborg-illustration.com.
The customer contacts iNGEBORG-iLLUSTRATiON and formulates his wish.
iNGEBORG-iLLUSTRATiON sends the customer a non-binding offer. If the customer agrees to this offer, he automatically agrees to the general terms and conditions. This is also stated on the quotation.
iNGEBORG-iLLUSTRATiON asks for 50% of the total amount as an advance. The rest can be paid upon collection (cash) or via bank transfer or Paypal. The order will only be shipped when the full amount has been received.
iNGEBORG-iLLUSTRATiON is entitled to refuse an order in case of non-payment or a serious shortcoming of the customer with regard to the ordering procedure as described above.
Belgian law applies to this website. in the event of a dispute, only the courts of the district of East Flanders are competent.
Delivery and performance of the agreement
Articles ordered through this website are delivered in Belgium and countries of the European Union.
Delivery is made by bpost, possibly with a tracking code.
Unless otherwise agreed or expressly stated otherwise, the goods will be delivered to the customer's place of residence within 30 days of receipt of the order, as stipulated by law.
iNGEBORG-iLLUSTRATiON strives to ship every order as quickly as possible.
Any visible damage and/or qualitative shortcoming of an item or other shortcoming in the delivery must be reported immediately to iNGEBORG-iLLUSTRATiON by the customer.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer as soon as he (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) has physically taken possession of the goods. However, the risk already passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by the customer to transport the goods and this delivery was not offered by iNGEBORG-iLLUSTRATiON.

Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The products must not have been damaged by the customer.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, has received the product.
If the customer has ordered several goods with different delivery times in one order, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which he received the last product or part. To make use of the right of withdrawal, the customer is requested to send iNGEBORG-iLLUSTRATiON an e-mail

The customer must return the products within 14 days after sending the e-mail.
iNGEBORG-iLLUSTRATiON requests the customer to return the product in the original packaging as much as possible.
In the event of a withdrawal, the customer will receive all payments, excluding any delivery costs for the forwarding, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the customer has indicated that he wishes to make use of the right of withdrawal. The customer will be reimbursed within 10 days after iNGEBORG-iLLUSTRATiON has received the package in good order, using the same means of payment with which he paid, unless another method has been agreed with iNGEBORG-iLLUSTRATiON.
The customer bears the costs for the return shipment.
Exclusion right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for products that are customized and made to the customer's specification, such as personalized products with a name
(and other personal data) and logos.
Penalties for non-payment
Without prejudice to the exercise of other rights that iNGEBORG-iLLUSTRATiON has, in the event of non-payment or late payment from the date of the default, the customer owes interest of 10% per year on the unpaid amount by operation of law and without notice. In addition, the customer is legally and without notice liable to pay a fixed compensation of 10% on the amount concerned, with a minimum of 25 euros per invoice.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, iNGEBORG-iLLUSTRATiON reserves the right to take back the not (fully) paid items or to cancel the order.
Privacy
iNGEBORG-iLLUSTRATiON attaches great importance to the privacy of the customer. Although most of the information on this website is available without providing any personal information, it is possible that the user will be asked for personal information. This information will only be used in the context of customer management.
The customer's personal data will never be passed on to third parties.
The customer has a legal right to inspect and possibly correct his personal data.
iNGEBORG-iLLUSTRATiON does not store the personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data is collected.
Subject to proof of identity (copy of identity card), the customer can obtain a written notification of his personal data free of charge via a written, dated and signed request to iNGEBORG-iLLUSTRATiON, at the e-mail address described above. If necessary, the customer can also ask to correct the data that would be incorrect, incomplete or not pertinent.
Use of cookies
During a visit to the website, 'cookies' may be placed on the hard drive of your computer. A cookie is a text file sent by a website's server
